WeEngage Group | B Corp™ is seeking a Junior Data Center Technician in Santa Clara to join a growing team. This hands-on role focuses on the physical infrastructure behind AI, including servers, racks, cabling, high-density compute, GPUs and cooling systems.

Ideal candidates have a practical tech background, are curious, reliable and detail-oriented. Visa sponsorship is not offered; on-site 8-hour shifts cover 24/7 operations with opportunities to learn and grow within a fast-moving AI

Qualifications

• Some practical technical experience, even if early-stage.
• Confidence working with physical equipment, tools, cables and components.
• A basic understanding of networking, cabling or computer hardware.
• A careful, methodical approach when something is not working.
• The confidence to ask for help rather than guess in a critical environment.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a shift team.
• Availability for an on-site 8-hour shift pattern covering 24/7 operations

Responsibilities

• Racking servers, switches and supporting equipment.
• Running, dressing, labelling and checking copper/fibre cabling.
• Supporting hardware installs, swaps and basic maintenance.
• Helping identify failed parts such as drives, fans, PSUs, CPUs and boards.
• Assisting with cable/link checks and physical fault tracing
