Job summary

WeEngage Group is seeking a mid-senior Data Center Engineer in Santa Clara to hands-on deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain high-density GPU compute environments across the US. The role focuses on production readiness, rapid diagnostics, and hardware support.

Ideal candidates will have GPU server experience, liquid cooling exposure, and data center operations expertise, with relocation assistance available within the US and opportunities for growth into leadership roles as the team expands.

Qualifications

• Experience with server hardware diagnostics and break-fix in data centers.
• Familiarity with GPU servers and liquid cooling systems.
• Proven ability to manage high-priority hardware escalations in production.

I’m supporting a fast-scaling AI cloud infrastructure company that is building next-generation GPU infrastructure across the US and Europe.

They are hiring multiple mid-senior Data Center Engineer in Santa Clara to work hands-on across modern AI compute environments - deployment, production readiness, troubleshooting, GPU server hardware, liquid-cooled systems, and data centre operations.

This role is real a chance to join early, take real ownership, and help scale infrastructure that will support some of the most demanding AI workloads in the market.
