Publicis Re:Sources is seeking an Associate Copilot Studio Developer to design, configure and deploy AI-powered agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform and modern automation tools. You will collaborate with senior developers, product owners and business stakeholders to translate needs into practical bot behaviors.

This early-career role emphasizes learning, governance and security, with responsibilities spanning testing, documentation, ticketing and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field or equivalent.
• Foundational understanding of low-code/no-code platforms (Power Apps, Power Automate, DataVerse).
• Basic familiarity with APIs, JSON or REST.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure Copilot Studio agents including topics, responses, plugins and data connections.
• Integrate agents with Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Dataverse and internal APIs.
• Participate in requirements gathering to translate needs into bot behavior.
• Test, troubleshoot and refine agents for accuracy and reliability.
• Document configurations, workflows and best practices for knowledge sharing.
• Monitor usage analytics and ensure governance, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage tickets and SLAs.
• Experience in M365 suite.
