Qualifications

• Experience designing and configuring agent workflows, topics, actions, and conversational experiences.
• Experience integrating Copilot Studio with Power Platform tools.
• Demonstrated experience testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining AI agent solutions.
• Experience deploying and supporting AI agents in production environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical and conversational AI solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and configure AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Translate business requirements and use cases into agent instructions, topics, actions, workflows, and conversation flows
• Integrate Copilot Studio agents with Microsoft Power Platform tools and enterprise systems
• Test AI agents for accuracy, reliability, usability, and expected business outcomes
• Troubleshoot agent behavior, integration issues, and production incidents
• Deploy, support, maintain, and continuously improve AI agent solutions
• Monitor deployed solutions and identify opportunities to improve performance and user experience
• Document agent functionality, configurations, integrations, and support procedures
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and solution owners throughout design, development, deployment, and support
• Apply development and support best practices to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and production-ready
