Job summary

Publicis Re:Sources, an arm of Publicis Groupe, is hiring an Associate Copilot Studio Developer to design, configure and deploy AI-powered agents across the organization using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and modern automation tools.

You will collaborate with senior developers, product owners and business stakeholders to translate needs into practical bot behaviors and ensure reliable, compliant solutions. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
Foundational understanding of low-code/no-code platforms such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse or similar.
Basic familiarity with APIs, JSON or REST.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
Adaptability and a willingness to learn new tools quickly.

Responsibilities

Build and configure AI Copilot Studio agents with topics, generative answers, plugins and data connections.
Integrate agents with Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Dataverse and internal APIs.
Translate user needs into functional bot behaviors and requirements.
Test, troubleshoot and refine agents for accuracy and reliability.
Document configurations, workflows and best practices for internal sharing.
Monitor usage analytics.
Ensure Copilot agents align with governance, security and compliance standards.
Manage tickets and SLAs associated with tickets.
