Job summary
Publicis Groupe Holdings B.V. is seeking an Associate Copilot Studio Developer to design, configure and deploy AI-powered agents across the organization, using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform and modern automation tools.
You will collaborate with senior developers, product owners and business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical bot behaviors, while ensuring governance and security standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Foundational knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
- Basic familiarity with APIs, JSON or REST.
Responsibilities
- Build and configure Copilot Studio agents with topics, plugins, and data connections.
- Integrate agents with Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Dataverse and internal APIs.
- Translate user needs into functional bot behaviors from requirements sessions.
- Test, troubleshoot, and refine agents for reliability and accuracy.
- Document configurations, workflows and best practices for internal sharing.
- Monitor usage analytics and improve agent performance.
- Ensure Copilot agents comply with governance, security and compliance standards.
- Manage tickets and SLAs related to requests.
- Demonstrate experience with the Microsoft 365 suite.
