Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or closely related technical field
• Entry-level acceptable, interest in AI agents and automation

Responsibilities

• Build and ship AI agents and automated workflows on low-code platforms and in pro-code (Python, Java, TypeScript)
• Own agents end-to-end: talk to business users, understand process, design flow, build, test, and productionize
• Write clean, reviewable code and follow SDLC disciplines: version control, code review, testing, CI/CD
• Instrument what you build with logging, error handling, and observability
• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and keep work visible in Jira
• Rotate through internal AI support channel and assist business users across the company
