Job summary

CSA Group is seeking a motivated professional to design, build, and implement AI agents, copilots, and workflow automation solutions in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes translating business needs into structured AI tools and ensuring governance, validation, and scalability.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in CS or related field and 1–3 years’ experience in technology or automation, with strong communication across teams and familiarity with Copilot Studio and Power Platform.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
1–3 years in technology, automation, analytics, or application support (or equivalent projects).
Strong interest in AI, automation, and enterprise technologies.
Ability to translate business needs into structured solutions and documentation.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
Exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Automate, SharePoint, or Microsoft 365 tools.
Familiarity with prompt engineering, AI agents/chatbots, or workflow automation.
Basic understanding of APIs, data structures, and system integrations.
Experience with process improvement or business solution implementation.
Awareness of AI governance and responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement AI agents, copilots, and workflow automation solutions.
Translate business requirements into scalable, repeatable AI-driven tools using structured prompts, workflows, and validation steps.
Test, validate, and refine AI solutions based on user feedback to ensure quality, usability, and performance.
Troubleshoot issues and optimize reliability and scalability of deployed solutions.
Follow AI governance standards, including documentation, validation, and reusability practices.
Support rollout and adoption of AI solutions through user guidance, training, and enablement materials.
Maintain tracking of AI initiatives and coordinate with cross-functional teams to scale solutions.
