Job summary

Blue Origin is hiring for early-career engineers in multiple locations. Direct Hire and New Graduate Rotation Program provide hands-on experiences across avionics, software, and hardware domains. You will rotate through varied teams and contribute to safe, reliable spaceflight projects with mentorship and structured development.

Selected graduates start in a one-year program with four-month rotations, and then align with the best-fit team. Applications review is rolling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Graduates must start by Fall 2027.
• Experience with avionics hardware, software, and hardware-in-the-loop.
• Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD or similar).

Responsibilities

• Work on avionics hardware and related systems across multiple engineering domains.
• Support engineering activities aligned with business-unit objectives.
• Enforce safety policies during test planning and operations.
