Job summary

Radiance Technologies, Inc. in Dayton, Ohio is seeking a talented aerospace engineer to join our Modeling, Simulation, & Analysis team.

You will work on AF SIM/M&S efforts supporting aircraft, missiles, and space vehicle simulations, coordinating with Government stakeholders and Radiance teammates nationwide. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in aerospace-related field, 2+ years of experience, strong communication, and eligibility for a TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Astronautical Engineering, Physics, or related fields.
• US citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance.
• Minimum of 2 years of aerospace engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Government stakeholders and Radiance teams across the country.
• Support AFRL, NASIC, and IC missions through M&S efforts.
• Enhance aerospace-related simulations involving aerodynamics, guidance and controls, flight mechanics, propulsion, and sensors.
