Job summary

OASYS, INC. is seeking a Junior Adobe Captivate Developer to support e-learning development efforts in San Antonio, TX. You will implement interactive training modules, ensure SCORM compatibility, and work with instructional designers and government leads to align content with learning objectives.

The role focuses on technical execution of pre-scripted content, with responsibilities spanning testing, deployment, and DoD accessibility considerations. A SECRET clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional technology, multimedia design, computer science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience developing e-learning content using Adobe Captivate (internship or academic experience acceptable).
• Familiarity with SCORM standards and LMS integration processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured development workflows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Possess, or able to obtain and maintain, a SECRET security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop interactive training modules using Adobe Captivate based on pre-written scripts and storyboards.
• Ensure SCORM compliance and successful integration with government LMS platforms.
• Implement branching scenarios, quizzes, simulations, and multimedia elements to enhance learner engagement.
• Work closely with a senior government and Team Captivate developers and instructional design teams to align technical implementation with learning objectives.
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to refine training products.
• Provide technical support during testing, deployment, and sustainment phases.
• Conduct thorough testing of modules to ensure functionality, compatibility, and responsiveness across platforms.
• Apply best practices in usability and user experience for e-learning environments.
• Support efforts to align content with DoD accessibility standards (e.g., Section 508), where applicable.
• Maintain organized project files, version histories, and technical documentation.
• Assist in the creation of user guides or deployment instructions as needed.
• Participate in other project work/duties as assigned by the program manager.
