Responsibilities

• Perform all pre-award and post-award contracting support.
• Meet critical dates/milestones for contract pre/post-award actions and source selection.
• Develop contract actions including contract award, modification, and close-outs.
• Draft acquisition/contract documentation such as AP, RFP/RFQ, and award documents.
• Review all documentation as required by the supported official.
• Maintain and retain contract file documentation.
• Perform pre-award functions including market research and drafting evaluation documents.
• Provide purchase card management.

Responsibilities:

• Perform all pre-award and post-award contracting support
• Meet critical dates/milestones for contract pre/post-award actions and source selection
• Develop contract actions include, but are not limited to, contract award, contract modification (e.g., exercise of options), and contract close-outs
• Draft acquisition/contract documentation for supported official(s); Documents include but are not limited to requirement package documentation, briefing slides, Acquisition Plan (AP), Business/Contract Clearance form(s), Request for Proposal/Quotation (RFP/RFQ), and contract ("award")
• Review all documentation as required by the supported official
• Maintain and retain contract file documentation
• Perform Pre-award functions include but are not limited to conducting market research, coordinating with stakeholders (e.g., Small Business Government Representative), soliciting requirements, drafting evaluation of Offeror's proposal(s), drafting decision documents, publicizing contract actions, and drafting awards
• Perform duties using all contract types
• Provide purchase card management
