This position supports acquisition planning, solicitation development, market research, proposal evaluation support, award administration, contract modifications, closeout activities, and procurement documentation. The Contract Specialist II works independently on assigned procurement actions while collaborating with acquisition teams, program offices, legal counsel, small business offices, and other stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality contract execution.
