Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administers outgoing payments and controls expenses by processing invoices.
• Verifies entries and reconciles discrepancies with system reports and balances.
• Assigns expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice data.
• Facilitates timely payments to vendors by scheduling ACH transfers and checks.
• Addresses discrepancies in POs, contracts, invoices, or payments with proper documentation.
• Maintains and updates vendor records and communicates with vendors.
• Processes employee reimbursements or advances by verifying expense reports and requests.
• Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
• Preserves historical financial records through scanning and filing documentation.
• Maintains sales and use tax records by reviewing invoice requirements.
• Produces monthly reports and assists with month-end closing.
• Assists in audit preparations by providing necessary documentation.
• Engages in professional development opportunities to enhance job knowledge.
• Supports the overall accounting and organizational goals by fulfilling related responsibilities as required.
