Qualifications

• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and assist with accounts payable functions.
• Assist with accounts receivable, including cash applications and payment processing.
• Enter financial transactions into the accounting system accurately.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Research and resolve basic billing and payment discrepancies.
• Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and financial documentation.
• Assist with expense reports and employee reimbursements.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting and finance department.
• Maintain organized electronic and paper accounting files.
