Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Accounting (or 4 years related) and are proficient with GAAP and Excel, with strong analytical and communication skills. MBA or CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support general ledger close, reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Review accounting transactions and research account variances.
• Prepare accounting reports and work papers.
• Assist with process improvements, system changes, testing, and portfolio integrations.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, regulations, and internal controls.
• Support accounting projects and collaborate with business partners and auditors.
