Job summary

XCMG America Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support the Finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and performing day-to-day accounting functions.

This role assists with financial transaction processing, reconciliations, reporting, and AP/AR activities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Accounting or be in the senior year, fluent in English and Chinese, with GAAP knowledge and experience using SAP or similar ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or near graduation; senior-year enrollment acceptable.
• Fluency in English and Chinese.
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process daily financial transactions accurately and on time.
• Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations.
• Assist with month-, quarter-, and year-end closing.
• Prepare financial reports and schedules.
• Support accounts payable/receivable and vendor communications.
• Maintain proper documentation and internal controls.
