V2X, Inc. is seeking an Accountant to support monthly close, reconcile ledgers, and ensure GAAP compliance. The role focuses on accuracy, timeliness, and strong analytical skills in a dynamic environment.

You will prepare journal entries, allocate costs, and assist with internal controls and audits. A Bachelor's in accounting and 0–3 years of experience are typical requirements, with CPA as a plus, and US citizenship is required in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related discipline; equivalent experience considered.
• 0–3 years of related experience with US GAAP knowledge.
• US citizenship required.

Responsabilités

• Adheres to a tight general ledger month-end close process.
• Records monthly journal entries and allocations.
• Reconciles general ledger balances monthly, including intra-company accounts.
• Supports internal controls and responds to audit inquiries.
• Assists Cost and General Ledger Manager on special projects.
• Provides data for compliance audits and finance system questions.
