LG Chem Ohio Petrochemical, Inc. (LGCOP) is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant I to support day-to-day accounting operations, vendor management, and financial reporting.

The role focuses on SAP ERP and strict financial controls, delivering accurate documentation and timely processing of invoices. You will collaborate with Operations, Production, Logistics, Procurement, and Corporate Finance to support business needs, participate in audits, and contribute to process improvements within a global

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of accounting, accounts payable, or finance experience.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Process vendor invoices, payment requests, and accounts payable.
• Maintain vendor records and onboarding activities.
• Execute payment processing and resolve discrepancies.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and reconciliations.
• Assist with audits and fixed asset accounting.
