Diptyque Paris seeks a Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations and reconciliations across multiple channels and systems. The role is highly reconciliation-focused and requires a detail-oriented professional who can accurately investigate discrepancies to ensure complete financial reporting.

The successful candidate will partner with Accounting, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to address issues before month-end close and contribute to ongoing process improvements

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or similar field.
• 2+ years of accounting experience in retail, consumer goods, or eCommerce environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting flows between POS systems, eCommerce platforms, payment processors, and ERP systems.
• Experience performing high-volume account reconciliations with meticulous attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• General accounting and reconcilations across banking, retail, and eCommerce channels.
• Manage bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies across multiple platforms.
• Support month-end close with journal entries, accruals, and account analyses.
• Assist audits with schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
