Job summary

CMR located in Hart – Oklahoma City, OK is seeking an Accountant I for a full-time, entry-level role. You will perform routine accounting tasks including processing receivable payments, client statements, AP invoices, and journal entries following established guidelines.

On a typical day, you will reconcile and post daily claim payments, prepare client reports and invoices, code invoices, and maintain records.

Qualifications

• Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile and post daily claim payments and deposits into multiple systems.
• Prepare reports and invoices for clients per requirements.
• File and maintain payment records and other documents.
• Code and enter invoices and check requests into systems.
• Enter transactions and journal entries into the general ledger.
• Research and resolve discrepancies related to payments, deposits, invoices, AR and AP.
