Job summary

WorkTrust Solutions is seeking a Junior Accountant to support a global nonprofit organization during an ERP conversion and finance transformation initiative. The role focuses on accurate coding of transactions and strengthening financial controls.

You will assist with month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting, while gaining exposure to NetSuite and data migrations. Ideal candidates have 0–2 years of accounting experience and a sharp eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 0–2 years of accounting experience; internships considered.
• Strong Excel skills with VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, and AP aging

Requirements:
