Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience.
• Understanding of general ledger and financial statement relationships.
• Experience preparing journal entries and reconciliations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post recurring and non-recurring journal entries accurately and timely.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities.
• Prepare schedules and workpapers for financial reporting and audit needs.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies and reconciling items.
• Review transactions for U.S. GAAP and company policies.
• Support internal and external financial reporting.
• Support daily, weekly, and monthly management reporting.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure accurate financial information.
• Provide documents for external audits as required.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and internal controls.
