Job summary

RelaDyne is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting under U.S. GAAP. The role oversees the general ledger, close processes, reconciliations, and internal controls while supervising the accounting team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience with month-end and year-end close and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, fixed assets, payroll, and reconciliations.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes and prepare financial statements.
• Review journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations for accuracy and compliance.
• Support internal and external financial reporting and budgeting efforts.
• Supervise and develop accounting staff to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for improved reporting and decision making.
