TekPro Support Services, LLC (TSS) seeks a Jr. Accountant to support the COPS Office’s Management Services Directorate in financial grant management and reporting.

The role focuses on accurate tracking of commitments, obligations, unobligated balances, and accruals to ensure compliant, timely financial data. Responsibilities include reconciling planned and actual award amounts, assisting in deobligation and reobligation of grant instruments, and supporting monthly and quarterly reporting with

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience.
• High School Diploma.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track financial reporting and analysis including commitments, obligations, unobligated balances, and accruals.
• Reconcile planned vs actual award amounts for each COPS Award Program.
• Assist in deobligation and reobligation of financial instruments, including grant awards.
• Support monthly and quarterly reporting.
• Assist in financial reconciliation activities.
