The role focuses on accurate tracking of commitments, obligations, unobligated balances, and accruals to ensure compliant, timely financial data. • Minimum of 3 years’ experience.
• High School Diploma.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

TSS is seeking a Jr. Accountant to support the COPS Office’s Management Services Directorate in working to support financial grant management.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with financial reporting and analysis support, including financial tracking of commitments, obligations, unobligated balances, and accruals.
• Reconcile planned award amounts and actual award amounts for each COPS Award Program.
• Assist in the deobligation and, when necessary, reobligation of financial instruments, including grant awards.
• Support various monthly and quarterly reporting.
• Assist in financial reconciliation activities.

What You Bring:

Required:
