Job summary

Envision Radiology, LLC is seeking an Accountant I to join our team in Colorado Springs. This full-time, on-site role works in the Accounting Department to prepare consolidated financial statements for assigned entities.

The role requires at least two years in accounting/finance, proficiency in MS Excel and Word, and strong analytical and teamwork skills. A discretionary bonus is available, and the position offers a stable work environment.

Qualifications

• Two plus years’ experience in Accounting/Finance.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word & 10-key.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, a problem solver and a team player.
• Ability to navigate multiple screens and browsers quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Prepares monthly financial statements and notes for all markets/centers.
• Reviews general ledger balances and recommends corrections.
• Distributes reports to Center/Area Managers and leadership.
• Ensures transactions are captured per GAAP in financials.
• Prepares data for journal entries and reviews ledgers.
• Prepares reconciliations for month ends and intercompany balances.
• Calculates monthly/quarterly distributions per formulas.
• Maintains analytical approach to identify outliers and improvements.
• Supports Accounting with special projects and analysis.
