Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on professional accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Experience with month-end closing procedures strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets, including formulas and data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Support daily accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
• Perform account reconciliations and assist with month-end closing.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis as needed.
• Compile and organize financial data for leadership and other departments.
