Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Process vendor invoices with proper coding, approvals, and 3-way matching.
• Reconcile AP aging and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
• Record, post, and allocate incoming customer payments to AR accounts.
• Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals and prepaids.
• Reconcile GL accounts and maintain organized digital records.
• Assist with year-end audits by preparing PBCs and responding to auditor requests.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated entry-level accountant to support our accounting team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone beginning their accounting career who is eager to learn, grow, and gain hands‑on experience in a fast-paced environment. The Junior Accountant will perform a variety of administrative and clerical accounting tasks while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable (AP): Process vendor invoices, ensuring proper coding, approvals, and 3-way match where applicable
• Reconcile AP aging and resolve discrepancies with vendors
• Accounts Receivable (AR): Record, post, and allocate incoming customer payments to the correct customer accounts
• General Ledger (GL): Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepaids, and reclassifications
• Reconcile GL accounts and prepare supporting schedules
• Maintain organized digital financial records for AP and AR and GL
• Assist with year-end audits by preparing PBCs and responding to auditor requests
