You will work with journal entries, account reconciliations, and ERP systems to improve processes. Strong Excel skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Accounting or Business.
• Proficient Excel skills with pivot tables, lookups, filters, and tables.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy and reliability.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a busy environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Independent worker able to solve problems as they arise.

Responsibilities

• Assist in month-end closing activities, including processing journal entries and accruals.
• Complete cash and general ledger account reconciliations with accuracy.
• Review, report, and reconcile bank and merchant statements.
• Execute monthly corporate credit card and benefit allocations.
• Support daily, monthly, and yearly audit functions.
• Analyze general ledger activity using our ERP system and suggest improvements.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects and continuous improvement efforts.
