Job summary

Bespoke Fashion LLC, a rapidly growing NYC-area apparel company, is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support our finance team as we scale.

You will handle day-to-day bookkeeping, AP/AR, and general ledger entries, assist with monthly close, reconcile accounts, and help with budgeting across departments while maintaining organized financial records.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years accounting experience in apparel, wholesale, or licensing is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP/accounting software (e.g., D365) preferred; AI tools experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Support monthly close processes and account reconciliations.
• Manage cash flow reconciliation and reporting.
• Help prepare royalty reports for licensed brand partners.
• Assist with budgeting and expense tracking across departments.
• Maintain organized, accurate financial records and documentation.

• Experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) a plus
