U.S. Legal Support in Port Charlotte, FL is seeking a motivated Junior Account Representative to support business development while learning the skills needed for advancement to Account Executive.

You will work with a Senior Account Executive and engage with clients to grow territory. The role offers hands-on exposure to client meetings, networking events, and sales activities, with mentorship and a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with a Senior Account Executive to support territory growth and client engagement initiatives.
• Participate in client meetings, site visits, and business development activities.
• Attend networking events and industry functions to build relationships and generate business opportunities.
• Conduct follow-up communications, outreach efforts, and pipeline support activities.
• Maintain accurate records and sales activity within the CRM system (HubSpot experience preferred).
• Coordinate meetings, prepare sales materials, and assist with client presentations.
• Develop a strong understanding of U.S. Legal Support's services, solutions, and value proposition.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive client experience and support sales objectives.
