Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, account support, or a similar role.
• Strong background in customer relations and conflict resolution.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities across a territory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; HubSpot or web-based reporting tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for assigned accounts, providing responsive, professional service.
• Conduct regular site visits and customer meetings to reinforce satisfaction.
• Respond to customer concerns promptly using company policies.
• Monitor accounts for early warning signs of dissatisfaction and protect relationships.
• Coordinate new and transfer account launches with Unit Franchisees and Customers.
