Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or account support.
• Experience in commercial cleaning or facilities services is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of HubSpot or reporting tools preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Conduct site visits and customer meetings to ensure satisfaction.
• Respond to concerns promptly following company policies.
• Maintain positive relationships with Unit Franchisees.
• Monitor accounts for early signs of dissatisfaction.
• Assist with onboarding and startup of new accounts.
• Support retention efforts and communicate risks to leadership.
