We are seeking a Junior Account Manager, Walmart to support sales across various channels.

• Collaborate with the National Account Manager on account execution
• Work with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams, remotely in Bentonville, AR, or at US headquarters in Pleasantville, NY
• Recap sales, identify trends, and assist with forecasting
• Develop and maintain relationships with Walmart Buyers and contribute to customer strategies
• Manage Walmart’s Retail Link to build business and ensure compliance
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Partner with Marketing on category strategies and product launches
• Coordinate with Demand Planning to meet service levels
• Develop promotional strategies and manage trade budgets
• Provide administrative support and review product assortments
• Conduct sales research and identify new opportunities
• Assist in developing sales and pricing plans and communicate with customers
• Implement customer-oriented initiatives to enhance sales performance

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years’ relevant sales experience with Walmart or Sam’s Club
• Experience with Retail Link is essential; CPG industry experience is a plus
• Strong forecasting and sales achievement record
• Self-motivated with strong organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Compensation Range: $75,000 - $85,000 annually, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and employee discounts.
