This range is provided by Inszone Insurance Services. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $32.00/hr

Additional compensation types

Commission

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed individual organic growth and retention objectives in line with company goals.
• Develop and strengthen client, carrier, and vendor relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
• Present coverage options and cross sell all lines of business written by Inszone.
• Manage book of business and meet with account management team regularly providing mentorship.
• Work collaboratively with other producers, account managers, marketing, and other internal teams to develop marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, RPLU, CPCU, ARM designation, or other relevant experience.
• Three or more years of experience in Medical Professional Liability Insurance in support of a retail agent or wholesaler broker REQUIRED.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeded goals.
• Proficiency with customer relationships management software, such as EPIC or similar platform.
• Property and Casualty agency license.
• Ability to work independently and with some direct oversight.
• Location: Fully Remote; office in Scottsdale Arizona for local candidate that prefer an in-office or hybrid setting.

As a Professional Liability Insurance Account Manager, you will support the build and maintaining of a book of business. This involves setting new and renewal business strategies, overseeing policy placement and servicing in line with the company’s customer centric approach. Exceptional customer service and cross-selling Inszone products is a key focus.
