Core Home, a fashion-forward housewares company, is seeking a Junior Account Manager in New York City to build strong client relationships with key retail partners. You will collaborate with factories and designers to execute product concepts, manage day-to-day needs, and support sales reporting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in Account Management or related role.
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
• BA/BS in Business Administration or related field; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Sales contact for account management matters.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints.
• Coordinate communications between clients and internal teams.
• Prepare presentations for account meetings.
• Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.
• Communicate progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in developing new business with existing clients and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with designers to develop product concepts and work with factories on quotes.
