About You:

As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll gain invaluable experience working with a broad range of customers, from building rapport to identifying new opportunities and ensuring client success. Day to day, you will:

  1. Be a customer-centric account manager/relationship manager with industry knowledge &/or preferred domain expertise in the area of Software as a Service (SaaS) Business Solutions – Construction; Engineering, Home Building and Service Sectors or alternatively someone with a strong background in other SaaS business solutions.
  2. Develop an in-depth understanding of the Customers’ business & identify upsell & cross opportunities across the Access Solution Portfolio’s (software, services & support).
  3. Manage a portfolio of existing customers to build relationships with all levels of contacts & drive Customer Satisfaction.
  4. Achieve a sales target for software licenses, annual software maintenance and annual bureau processing alongside annual consultancy targets.
  5. Build solution sales capability & become accredited across the relevant Access portfolio.
  6. Build solution knowledge & be responsible for preparing & delivering your own customer proposals with support from the pre-sales team either remotely or on customer site.
  7. Manage the end-to-end pipeline building & sales process from RFI, RFP, presentation, negotiation and contracting.
  8. Work with and support the Support & Services team to maximize customer experience and value realized from the solution.
  9. Support the marketing and customer engagement – e.g. webinars, events, case study creation, attend exhibitions or attend meetings in support of other salespeople. Use these assets to self-generate leads & opportunities.
  10. Use the Access toolset to maximize customer engagement and provide regular reporting – Salesforce, Marketo & Customer Success Portal.
  11. Ability to work dynamically and at pace to grow as new products or new acquisitions are added to the portfolio.

Your skills and experience will include:

Required:

  1. A motivated self-starter, who consistently demonstrates an enthusiastic, never give up attitude & entrepreneurial spirit.
  2. Experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer-facing roles, ideally within construction or SaaS/software industries.
  3. Exposure to working in a larger IT or technology company, or an interest in developing skills in a fast-paced, growing organization.
  4. Able to work under own initiative and as part of a team.
  5. Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and a strong ability to prioritize effectively.
  6. Persuasive and compelling in expressing ideas and concepts.
  7. Excellent communication skills, telephone, email, written and presentations.
  8. Ability to build rapport at all levels of an organisation.
  9. Proven ability to develop positive relationships, co-operation with, and support for colleagues and clients.
  10. Demonstrates a commitment to development and lifelong learning both for yourself & the team.
  11. Acts with integrity, loyalty and honesty.
  12. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce, social selling, or market mapping is a plus.

Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000 annually, with additional On Target Earnings (OTE). Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including location, qualifications, experience, and skill set. Any compensation outside the stated range will be determined in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
