Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients and business owners
  • Conduct needs analysis with clients to identify coverage gaps
  • Manage commercial client accounts, contribute to new business growth, and re-market policies
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • Respond efficiently to inquiries regarding coverage, policy changes, claims, and billing
  • Familiarize with products, services, and systems
  • Promote new business, cross-sell, and support agency initiatives to meet goals

Requirements:

  • Property and Casualty insurance license required
  • Experience with Commercial Lines Insurance
  • Experience with multiple carriers
  • Pass background check
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Operational computing skills; typing 45+ WPM (Microsoft Office, internet browsers)
  • Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Experience with EPIC management system
