Bluewater Battery is seeking a Junior Account Manager for its Battery Recovery Division in Los Angeles. You will support the Global Business Development Manager by managing customer opportunities, preparing quotes, marketing equipment, and coordinating with internal teams to move deals to close.

Ideal candidates have 2–4+ years in sales, CRM proficiency, and strong communication skills. This in-person role offers a base salary with bonus and travel to industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4+ years of experience in sales or related fields.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) and MS Office.
• Experience managing pipelines and tracking leads, opportunities, and deal progress.
• Willingness for time-sensitive or after-hours communication as needed.

Responsabilités

• Support a Global Business Development Manager in managing customer opportunities and transactions from initial opportunity through close.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and long-term business.
• Generate quotes and proposals accurate to the scope of each project.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure favorable agreements for clients and Bluewater.
• Identify and market available equipment by understanding customer needs and opportunities.
• Track active deals and follow-ups within the CRM to maintain visibility.
