Job summary

Bluewater is seeking a Junior Account Manager to support growth across our Battery Recovery Division in Los Angeles. This hands-on role focuses on sourcing, resale, recycling, and recovery of large-format lithium-ion batteries across EV and energy storage markets.

You will prepare quotes, market equipment, communicate with customers, and coordinate with internal teams to move transactions from opportunity to close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2-4+ years of experience in sales or other relevant fields.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience managing pipelines, tracking leads, opportunities, and deal progress.
• Willingness for time-sensitive or after-hours communication.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
• Willingness to travel to industry trade shows and events.

Responsibilities

• Support a Global Business Development Manager in managing customer opportunities and transactions from initial opportunity through close.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and long-term business.
• Generate quotes and proposals accurate to the scope of each project.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure favorable agreements for both clients and Bluewater.
• Identify and market available equipment to relevant customers by understanding customer needs.
