Job summary

Ensora Health is seeking a Junior Account Executive on the Fusion team to advance from first outreach to closing. You will manage a mix of inbound leads and self-generated opportunities, build a disciplined pipeline, and collaborate with senior Account Executives to win smaller deals and stage larger ones.

You’ll leverage Salesforce and AI-powered tools to boost prospecting and conversion while coordinating with Marketing and Customer Success to ensure a positive buyer journey.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in SDR/BDR or similar sales role.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads and self-generated opportunities.
• Build and manage outbound pipeline through research-driven prospecting.
• Identify targets aligned with Fusion's ICP and engage therapy practices.
• Conduct discovery to understand challenges and objectives.
• Deliver product demos showing Fusion benefits for therapy providers.
• Qualify opportunities and decide next steps.
• Collaborate with senior AEs on larger opportunities.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce data and forecast.
• Utilize AI tools to improve outreach and engagement.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales Development and Customer Success to ensure a strong buyer journey.
