Job summary

Ensora Health is seeking a Junior Account Executive on the Fusion team to own opportunities from initial outreach through close. You will manage inbound leads and self-generated opportunities for therapy practices, build a territory plan, and decide which prospects to pursue.

You will collaborate with Senior Account Executives, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver a strong buying experience, while using AI-powered tools to boost outreach and pipeline quality.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or similar sales role.
• Demonstrated success generating pipeline that resulted in qualified opportunities and revenue outcomes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including confidence engaging prospects by phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Ability to conduct research, identify customer needs, and tailor outreach strategies accordingly.
• Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, or similar sales engagement and CRM platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and opportunities simultaneously.
• Curiosity, coachability, and a growth mindset with a desire to learn the full sales cycle.
