Ensora Health is seeking a Junior Account Executive on the Fusion team to own opportunities from initial outreach through close and to manage a mix of inbound leads and self-generated opportunities.

You will build a territory strategy, pursue prospects, and collaborate with senior Account Executives to drive revenue while leveraging AI-powered tools. This is a growth-focused role with exposure to full-cycle sales in a health tech environment.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR), BDR, or similar sales role.
• Proven success generating pipeline that resulted in qualified opportunities and revenue outcomes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including confidence engaging prospects by phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Ability to conduct research, identify customer needs, and tailor outreach strategies accordingly.
• Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, or similar sales engagement and CRM platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and opportunities simultaneously.
• Curiosity, coachability, and a growth mindset with a desire to learn the full sales cycle.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a mix of inbound leads and self-generated opportunities from initial contact through close.
• Build and execute a territory strategy, prioritizing target therapy practices to align with Fusion's ICP.
• Own smaller opportunities end-to-end and collaborate with senior Account Executives on larger deals.
• Maintain a clean pipeline, accurate activity, and forecast data in Salesforce.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and sales technologies to improve productivity and outreach effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Development, and Customer Success to ensure a strong customer experience.
