Job summary

Medix is seeking an entry level Account Executive to learn recruitment and sales in a supportive, growth‑oriented environment. You’ll gain hands‑on experience as you train toward a full Account Executive role, with guidance from seasoned professionals and a structured path.

You’ll source candidates, screen and interview, generate leads, build client relationships, and meet weekly quotas. The role offers hybrid work, comprehensive wellness benefits, world‑class training, and uncapped commissions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates using diverse channels.
• Evaluate candidates through phone screens, virtual interviews, and reference checks.
• Consistently meet weekly quotas for screenings, interviews, and submissions.
• Generate and pursue sales leads to expand business opportunities.
• Shadow account executives during client meetings to gain experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through networking.
