Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of professional office experience in business support, court, or legal support.
• Experience substitutable with related education: 30 semester hours equals 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to the general public, attorneys, and court employees.
• Process and record payments and handle clerical tasks.
• Assist with court operations, including jury-related support when needed.
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of court records.
• Navigate court-record-specific computer programs (EDMS).
• Support attorneys, judges, law enforcement, and other agencies with case processing.
• Travel to other counties within the judicial district as needed.
