The ideal candidate is an established IT support professional looking to grow into systems administration responsibilities — a natural problem solver, strong communicator, and self-starter who can take ownership of assigned work while collaborating closely with the rest of the IT team. Experience supporting creative professionals in an advertising, post-production, design, VFX, or similar environment is highly valued.
