Jr. Staff Accountant position will primarily focus on cash reconciliation, applying customer payments, and invoicing customers. The ideal candidate will be organized, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily and monthly cash reconciliations for multiple bank accounts.

  • Apply customer payments accurately and timely across various platforms.

  • Generate and send invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Research and resolve discrepancies related to payments and billing.

  • Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and reports.

  • Support the month-end close process and assist with journal entries as needed.

  • Collaborate with Customer Service and Sales departments to resolve billing issues.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.

  • Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Education/Certifications/Experience:

  • Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred)

  • 2+ year of accounting experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (experience with NetSuite or similar ERP a plus)
