icreatives is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to help bring retail design projects and brand experiences to life—from planning through final installation. You will support Project Managers and work with designers, vendors, clients, and installers to keep projects on time and on budget.

This on-site, contract-to-hire role in Portland, OR is ideal for someone early in their project management career who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, events, design, marketing, or related field.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable with project management tools like Asana or MS Project and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with scheduling, task tracking, and documenting projects.
• Organize meetings, prepare status reports, and track milestones.
• Coordinate communication between clients, internal teams, vendors, and installers.
• Support budget tracking by maintaining expense records and quotes.
• Assist with sourcing vendors, briefs, and tracking deliverables.
• Help maintain brand and design consistency during execution.
• Learn fabrication, production, and installation processes with the team.
