Job summary

Pride Global is seeking an IT Help Desk Specialist based in Columbus, OH, to provide front-line phone, chat, and in-person support to end users. You will diagnose, document, and resolve incidents related to enterprise software, hardware, and infrastructure, delivering accurate, empathetic, and professional communication.

You’ll escalate unresolved issues, support installations and repairs, and help ensure a positive customer experience through timely resolution and follow-up.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; IT certifications are a plus.
• 2–5 years of related experience in IT or technical support preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver effective solutions.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
• Willing to work variable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
